This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines how service cancellations and refunds are handled.
Full refunds are available if a scheduled service is canceled at least 24 hours in advance, if a service cannot be completed due to internal limitations, or if propane monitoring equipment cannot be successfully activated at the service location.
Partial refunds may apply when a portion of the service has already been completed. This includes, but is not limited to, vendor rate comparisons, vendor communications, or partial inspection work performed prior to cancellation.
Refunds are not available once technicians have been dispatched, inspections have been completed, or monitoring equipment has been installed. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started; however, customers may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
Any delivery-related issues, including missed or delayed propane deliveries, must be resolved directly with the propane vendor. Alpha Solutions and Services will assist with vendor communication when needed but is not responsible for vendor delivery outcomes.
Approved refund requests are processed within 3–5 business days using the original payment method
